2AR-FE BATTERY / CHARGING  GENERATOR(for 100 A Type)  INSTALLATION  


PROCEDURE

Hide 27020 1.INSTALL GENERATOR ASSEMBLY

a.

Install the generator assembly with the 2 bolts.

Torque:
52 N*m (530 kgf*cm, 38 ft.*lbf)


b.

Install the wire harness clamp bracket with the bolt.

Torque:
10 N*m (102 kgf*cm, 7 ft.*lbf)


c.

Connect the generator wire with the nut.

Torque:
9.8 N*m (100 kgf*cm, 87 in.*lbf)


d.

Install the terminal cap.


e.

Connect the generator connector.


Hide 2.INSTALL WIRE HARNESS CLAMP BRACKET

a.

Install the wire harness clamp bracket with the bolt.

Torque:
10 N*m (102 kgf*cm, 7 ft.*lbf)


b.

Attach the wire harness clamp to the wire harness clamp bracket.
